Air Conditioning

The ideal climate for your business – the industrial solution

THE IDEAL CLIMA USE FOR YOUR BUSINESS – Industrial Solution

The abbreviation VRF stands for Variable Refrigerant Flow. Regardless of the size of the building, this system perfectly regulates the flow of refrigerant so that each indoor unit is supplied with exactly the right amount of refrigerant at any given time. A VRF system heats and cools – and can even do it at the same time. 3-pipe VRF systems are advantageous in buildings where it is necessary to remove the heat load and at the same time (or after the change of season) to implement space heating. Our company trusts and offers a range of VRF systems from TOSHIBA and GREE brands.

  1. GOOD REASONS FOR CHOOSING TOSHIBA UNITS

Perfect refrigerant management thanks to IFT: The “Intelligent Flow Technology” microprocessor processes information from all sensors in the system for optimal power distribution. Excess and low capacities are balanced independently of location in the building.

Continuous heating operation with Continuous Heating: where other units have long since had to suspend heating operation for defrosting, TOSHIBA uses intelligent algorithms to ensure continuous heating for up to five hours straight. During defrosting, even the temperature at the heat exchanger of the indoor units does not drop below +23°C.

TOSHIBA air conditioning systems combine many advantages in one unit: they can be used not only for cooling, but also for heating, dehumidifying and air filtration. In addition to versatility, the most decisive criterion is that the operating climate is improved. Did you know that performance is noticeably reduced at room temperatures above 24°C? At a temperature of 33°C it even drops below 50%. Too much humidity also affects the ability to concentrate. TOSHIBA air conditioning systems ensure an optimal room climate and prevent a drop in work performance due to heat.

COOLING AND COOLING: Maintaining performance

It is proven that on hot days, performance and concentration – in both physical and mental activities – are reduced. This also has a negative impact on work performance, which drops by up to 70%. In addition, all TOSHIBA systems are capable of heating, so that the office is kept at an ideal temperature between 19 and 25°C with a relative humidity between 40 and 70%.

DEDUCTION: Ensuring the quality of work

Moist indoor air damages both the health and the structure of the building. In a stuffy atmosphere, it is harder to breathe, the body is less resilient and employees are less efficient. In addition, high humidity promotes the formation of mould in rooms. Air conditioning systems dehumidify the air and regulate the relative humidity.

CLEANING: Health protection

In addition to general pollution from fine dust, pollen and spores, many building materials, wall paints, plastic objects and electrical appliances can release harmful substances into the air we breathe. The versatile, high-efficiency filters in TOSHIBA air conditioning systems can neutralise up to 99% of airborne impurities, contributing to preventive health protection.

VENTILATION: Maintaining a comfortable climate

With most split air conditioning systems, fresh air can be brought into the conditioned room through an additional fresh air inlet. This improves indoor air quality and ensures the comfort, well-being and performance of people.

VERSATILITY IN USE

The first-class air-conditioning system creates no draughts, is noiseless and operates smoothly and without malfunctions. Energy consumption does not exceed limits, and no aesthetic or technical constraints need to be accommodated in the planning.

UNIVERSALITY:

  1. For the designer:

With a wide choice of configurations in terms of design types, power stages and indoor units, TOSHIBA systems offer great flexibility in planning and installation to meet all requirements. This is supported by the Selection Tool planning programme.

  1. For the operator:

TOSHIBA systems can be connected to all common building management systems to tailor central control to your needs and ensure maximum efficiency. A wide network of partners is at your disposal from planning to maintenance.

  1. For the user:

The air temperature in the room as well as the airflow from the TOSHIBA units can be individually and flexibly adjusted. The sophisticated internal units are almost inaudible. Easy handling of the remote controls ensures comfortable driving.

  1. GOOD REASONS FOR CHOOSING GREE UNITS

Benefits for users – GMV6

Up to 80 different GMV indoor units can be connected depending on the outdoor unit system. It is therefore particularly suitable for large buildings where only one outdoor unit is to be installed. GMV6 outdoor units are characterized by:

  • The latest DC inverter control and powerful EVI DC Inverter Scroll compressors.
  • Up to four outdoor units can be combined: in 5.6 kW (2 HP) increments from 22.4 to 246 kW.
  • Up to 36 indoor units can be connected to one outdoor unit.
  • DC inverter control
  • With this technology it is possible to vary the speed of the compressor. The delivered power is thus precisely adapted to the room requirements. Temperature fluctuations in the room are prevented and energy is saved.
  • Peak efficiency up to 3.4 / 4
  • GREE DC Inverter Scroll Compressors
